Koncept spočíva v rozdelení územia na dve zóny, zónu aktívneho športu a zónu pasívneho a aktívneho oddychu. Aktívny šport pozostáva z doplnenia okolitých priestorov hál o verejné workoutové vybavenie, o lezeckú sieť a o tribúnu pri volleyballe. Zóna oddychu pozostáva z pobytových plôch pri vode a detského ihriska. Nábrežná hrana je doplnená o tri aktivátori, pričom každý z nich má iný prístup k vode, pontón – na hladine, terasa zasadená do svahu vstupujúca pod vodnú hladinu a mólo vynesené nad vodnú hladinu. Tieto prvky sú vždy v striedavom rytme s prírodnou úpravou brehu. Druhým bodom konceptu bolo preriedenie zelenej bariéry stromov v nábrežnej polohe a doplnenie stromov v úrovni stavieb. V svahu, ktorý je v dotyku s riekou je využité koreňové čistenie vôd, v svahu protipovodňového valu je vysiata lúčna zmes z dôvodu dobrej orientácie a nenáročnej údržby brehu. Voda v území je zbieraná do dažďových záhrad, ktoré sú umiestnené v hranici promenády, vždy v styku s terasou. Ostatné plochy sú spádované tak, aby sa voda kumulovala v retenčnom jazierku, ktoré ma za úlohou zhromažďovať vodu, ktorá sa následne využíva ako úžitková.
The concept consists of dividing the area into two zones, an active sports zone and a passive and active recreation zone. Active sports consist of supplementing the surrounding halls with public workout equipment, a climbing net and a volleyball tribune. The relaxation area consists of public areas by the water and a playground. The riverbank is complemented by three activators, each of which has different access to the water, a pontoon - on the surface, a terrace set into the slope entering below the water surface and a pier raised above the water surface. These elements are always in alternating rhythm with the natural arrangement of the waterbank.The second point of the concept was the thinning of the green barrier of trees in the waterfront position and the addition of trees at the level of buildings. In the slope, which is in contact with the rivers, root water treatment is used, in the slope of the flood protection dyke, the meadow mixture is sown due to good orientation and easy maintenance of the bank. Water in the area is collected in rain gardens, which are located on the border of the promenade, always in contact with the terrace. Water accumulates in the retention pond, which has the task of collecting water, which is then used as utility.
